Membership Login Changes
Existing members may notice changes to the login process as part of the transition to GESA’s new digital platform.
As part of the website launch, some members may be required to update or reset their login credentials when accessing member-only areas for the first time.
If you have previously accessed GESA online services, your membership record remains active. However, to ensure security and support our new digital environment, you may be prompted to verify your details, update your password or activate your account using a password reset link.
The process is straightforward and should only take a few minutes to complete.
If you experience any difficulties, we recommend using the password reset function before contacting the GESA team. In most cases, this will quickly resolve access issues.
Members should also ensure that the email address associated with their membership record is current, as this will be used for account verification and future communications.
The new login environment has been designed to provide a more secure and integrated member experience while supporting future enhancements across events, education, grants, credentialling and membership services.
